Accounting services

BFK PARTNERS provides its clients with comprehensive accounting services, fulfilling on their behalf all obligations resulting from tax and accounting regulations. We provide accounting services for limited liability companies, limited partnerships, joint stock companies. Basic service includes:

  • preparing and processing bank transfers (AP),

  We use local accounting software INSERT but quite often we work on software provided by clients; SAP, ORACLE, IFS, SAGE (SYMPHONY). We can provide representation in tax authorities during tax inspections and verification activities. Payroll & HR

BFK Partners provides full range of personnel and payroll services for the companies planning to have employees. Polish tax and social security system is very complicated and imposes a lot of duties on employer, hence professional services in required. We offer comprehensive service from preparing employment contract through  calculation of remuneration, to the final settlement of the payroll and reporting. The HR and payroll outsourcing covers, among others:
  • management of employee personal records,
  • calculation of remuneration,
  • generation of documents concerning employees’ social security and health insurance, tax,
  • social security and tax reporting, reporting to the State Fund of Rehabilitation of Handicapped People, preparation of annual information and tax declarations,
  • preparation of statistical reports required by regulations of labor law,
  • assisting during audits of the National Labor Inspectorate, Social Insurance Institution, or Tax Office.

Minimizing the costs of accounting services, thanks to the optimal use of the customer's document generation and circulation system (e.g. invoices issued by customers are electronically imported to the BFK PARTNERS system instead of re-entering them manually, BFK PARTNERS can prepare bank transfers in the form of files for automatic import in banking programs, which eliminates manual creation of transfers, etc.)
Flexibility - working in various financial and accounting systems tailored to the client's needs, we support SAP, ORACLE, IFS, INSERT, SYMFONIA systems. Customers use the software owned by BFK PARTNERS at no extra charge.
Foreign customer service is provided in English, all reports and analyzes are prepared in English upon customers' request. If necessary, the office also prepares intra-group reports based on data from the financial and accounting system.
